DCS岗位人员要求（2人）
- 国籍要求：
中国人。
- 专业要求：
化工、油脂工程等相关专业优先。
- 工作经验要求：
具有1年以上化工DCS操作经验者优先，熟悉油脂加氢、水解或脂肪酸蒸馏工艺者优先考虑。
- 应届毕业生：
专业对口且学习能力强者可培养。
- 技能要求：
能熟练操作DCS系统，监控温度、压力、流量等工艺参数，并能及时调整。
- 设备知识：
了解反应釜、蒸馏塔等相关设备的基本原理和操作规范。
- 身体状况：
身体健康，能适应12小时倒班工作制，能适应新环境。
- 安全意识：
具备较强的安全意识，严格遵守操作规程。
- 工作态度：
做事细致，有责任心和团队合作能力，能快速响应异常情况。
- 每日工作时长：
12小时。
- 其他优先条件：
有国外工作经验者优先。
1. Nationality:
Chinese.
2. Major:
Preferably graduates in Chemical Engineering, Vegetable Oil Engineering, or other related fields.
3. Work Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience operating DCS systems in chemical industries. Preference for candidates familiar with hydrogenation, hydrolysis, or fatty acid distillation processes.
4. Fresh Graduates:
Fresh graduates with relevant majors and strong learning ability may also be considered.
5. DCS Skills:
Proficient in operating DCS systems, monitoring process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc.), and adjusting in a timely manner.
6. Equipment Knowledge:
Understands the basic principles and operating procedures of related equipment such as reactors and distillation towers.
7. Physical Condition:
Good physical health, able to work 12-hour shifts, and adapt to new environments.
8. Safety Awareness:
Strong safety awareness and strict adherence to standard operating procedures.
9. Work Attitude:
Detail-oriented, responsible, good team player, and able to respond quickly to abnormal situations.
10. Working Hours:
12 hours per day.
11. Overseas Experience:
Overseas work experience is a plus.
