Job Description
· Work with multiple data processing teams to ensure timely and accurate monthly production delivery.
· Handle special operational cases beyond system scope, ensuring timely resolution through manual or alternative solutions.
· Provide troubleshooting support for data, reports, and system issues when required.
· Identify and define potential process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and quality standards.
Qualifications
· Minimum 8 years work experience in system development and implementation
· 5 Years working experience in operation.
· Familiar with data processing workflows and business scenarios in the retail market
· Proficient in SQL statements and knowledge in storage technologies, Microsoft technologies, e.g. Oracle, MySQL, Python
· Good communication, analytical skills
· Can-Do attitude and digital background
· Good team player with effective communication, interpersonal and organizing skills
· University degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
