Position summary:
This role owns channel data collection process and data integrity, understands PRC NV channel network and business model, works with ICM & commercial organizations to enble, sustains and improves PRC NV channel and in-market data collection quality.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)
Data verification and support
Coordiante to support and remind ICs to report in-market and upload invoices.
Act as key control piont to review, validate data, question and record problem data on daily basis.
Verify invoice authenticity and accuracy, and finnally do invoice verification for sales achievement.
Verify dealers and hospitals appeared on invocies to make sure all invoices uploaded are compliance.
Identify key improvement areas (EMKT system) and engage cross functional teams (Sales, Marketing, ICM, Finance) to improve, escalate when needed.
Handle special invoice related cases in EMKT and answering consumer questions on related issues.
Do data analysis for business decision as required.
Participate in data system testing projects with involvement from end to end.
Other duty assgined by line manager.
Keep all data fully confidential.
Fulfill auditing requirement.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor degree in commercial or accounting area.
Process driven and able to identify issues and come up with answers and solutions.
>=1 years healthcare industry working experience preferred.
Able to work overtime and under pressure.
Physical & Mental Requirements:
Good interpersonal and communication skills, responsible and self-discipline.
Excellent problem solving skill.
Result-oriented and demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationship with internal and external.
Strong team player.
