Major Accountabilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partnerships, alliances, and acquisition opportunities.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements, contracts, and partnerships to support business expansion and market penetration.
- Drive initiatives to enter new markets and expand market share in existing markets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the automotive industry.
- Understand client needs and preferences to develop tailored solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and manage ongoing relationships to maximize business opportunities.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and revenue goals aligned with business development strategies.
- Develop pricing strategies, proposals, and presentations to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Mentor and develop a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.

- Setting and executing strategic business development plans aligned with the company's overall objectives and deciding on market entry strategies, product/service positioning, and target markets.
- Negotiating contracts, agreements, partnerships, and deals with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders and finalizing terms and conditions that are beneficial for the company while meeting client needs.
- Allocating resources, including budget, personnel, and time, to various business development initiatives while prioritizing projects and activities based on their potential impact on business growth and profitability.
- Leading a team of business development professionals, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship and develop the skills and capabilities of team members to enhance performance and achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborating with other departments (such as marketing, sales, finance, and operations) to align business development strategies with overall company objectives and facilitate communication and coordination across departments to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
