As a Cash Operations Transaction Processor, the position is responsible for the daily regulatory reporting and related transaction processing.
Job responsibilities
- Ensure that all routine work are completed as per the agreed timeline
- Monitor the exceptions and ensure that they're resolved in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency of the process
- Properly handle client requests
- Prepare regulator reports
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with and a working knowledge of Payment Processing Operations
- Working Knowledge of Foreign Exchange conventions and State Administration of Foreign Exchange reporting
- Interpersonal/communication skills and ability to communicate internally and externally
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem solving, ability to escalate issues as appropriate
- Strong PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
