The Role:
The Sr Online Customer Marketing Specialist will join Logitech's thriving marketing and sales team, contributing to innovative E-commerce and eTail Sales initiatives. The core responsibility of the role is to enhance presence, market share, and sell-out of categories on E-retailers/Etailers platforms through effective online marketing campaigns and data-driven customer plans. The position involves turning data, insight, and category strategy into customer plans and executing them with excellence in cooperation with regional Marketing and eTail teams.
Your Contribution:
- Develop and align annual plans and quarterly forecasts.
- Create customer-focused marketing plans that align with category and regional strategies, optimizing product offerings for individual sellers and customers.
- Analyze data and insights to identify potential business opportunities.
- Partner with retailers to gather data and insights to understand the marketing ecosystem.
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design and build a strong social media presence.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to enhance user experience on landing pages.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in eCommerce & Digital Marketing, particularly with Etailers.
- Expertise in eRetail Media and eMerchandising, including SEO, PaidSearch, and Display.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent communication skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.
- Experience with budget management and building customer relationships.
- Demonstrable experience leading SEO/SEM and marketing campaigns.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a hands-on business approach.
