About Global Delivery Center
Deloitte China established its Global Delivery Center (GDC) in Chongqing, a key growth engine of China, in 2015. The Center provides innovative, multi-lingua offerings that support compliance and advisory service. GDC helps drive maximum efficiency and provides centralized "plug and play" internal service, enabling a scope of work that serves global clients and the Deloitte network better, making a real impact that matters. The Deloitte GDC has established offices in Chongqing, Dalian, and Guangzhou.
To protect the financial resources of the firm. There is a trend of increasing litigation against professionals. Large payouts put our financial resources at risk.
To protect the reputation of the firm. Our reputation may be damaged by poor work, or poorly managed risk issues, which in turn affects the status of everyone in the firm. Reputation, once lost, is not easily regained.
Work you'll do
- Liaise with and assist firm practitioners to report financial holdings in GIMS, the firm's electronic monitoring system
- Respond to enquiries based on the firm's policies on financial interests
- Database maintenance, internet research on financial products
- Handle administrative work and assist in ad-hoc projects related to the maintenance of firm practitioners' GIMS accounts
- Administrative works in relation to firms quality control over independence

To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:
- Bachelor or Master degree in related disciplines relevant to the role
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in professional services firm.
- Understands tools and systematic approaches to gather and measure information/data from a variety of sources while being aware of data security and privacy concerns and obligations
- Understands objectives and desired outcomes for assigned areas of responsibility and sets personal goals accordingly
- Be a team player and be able to work well with individuals from across disciplines as well as across cultures and seniority
- Be an excellent communicator and have fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
