Position Summary
We are seeking a Product Design Engineer with expertise in high-power connectors to join our R&D team. In this role, you will responsible for the design, development, and optimization of next-generation high-power connector solutions for industrial and commercial applications. Your work will be instrumental in delivering high-performance, reliable, and cost-effective products that meet the evolving needs of our global clients.
Essential Responsibilities
Position Requirements
Seeking 5 years or more experience in high power / high voltage /heavy duty connector design or development.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of high-power connectors and their applications.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Creo, Pro-Eto, or SolidWorks) and FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS).
- Familiarity with thermal management, material science, and high-power electrical systems.
Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to address complex engineering challenges with innovative solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external clients.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision, quality, and meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with industry standards and compliance requirements (e.g., IEC, UL, ISO or & TS16949).
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as 3D printing, injection molding, die casting, and CNC machining.
