Key Responsibilities
Understand the contract law knowledge and deal with sales contract review; keep into a good file as daily management. Especially risk control for the sales team.
Working with sales rep on pricing quotation, maintaining the price into oracle 11i and daily management according to business requirements.
Customer information management and maintenance into oracle 11i; analyze and organize the biyearly customer satisfaction survey.
Daily administration supporting and documents preparation and sealed for sales team.
Payment for vendors and complete the whole process by company policy.
Assist Sales Manager/Business Director for sales team management, design and complete daily reports.
Assist to complete business analysis in different views regularly/randomly and data providing support for sales team.
Significant processes tracking, Such as. Weekly price increase updating, DSO, customer internal transfer, customer credit memo, customer contract and related files management, credit term review.
Event/meeting preparation and organizer for related arrangements in detail.
Coordinate with internal/external departments to make business smoothly carry on.
Qualifications
Bachelor or relative degree, good oral and written English, perfect office software in Excel/Word/PWI/PPT implementation
Good communication and coordination skills, endure pressure and work independently
Above 2 years’ work experience is preferable
Familiar with Oracle/SAP system or finance analysis background is preferable.
