CNC TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities
- Making programs for all the new proiducts.
- Train the operators in machining shop, including the CNC program modify and tool change.
- Ensure the correct and complete documentation of the CNC programs as well as the tool layout of each process.
- Manage the database of CNC programs and maintain the DNC system.
- Develop solutions for tools, cutting tools or devices, as appropriate.
- Make use of the quality control data , test results and various feedbacks to modify files and programs to improve the processes.
- Use lean principles and participate in workouts to improve process, reduce manufacture cost and increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or related.
- At least 5 years experience in CNC programming.
- Familiar with machining process and related standards.
- Famliar with Fanuc and Siemens CNC system.
- Be able to program with UG or other CAM software.
- Knowledge of CNC cutting tools.
- Good ability of communication, coordination ability and execution.
