Roles and responsibilities
- Responsible for the assessment and control of deal execution quality throughout deal life cycle
- Advise deal execution teams on technical and execution issues
- Review working papers to ensure completeness and compliance with the regulatory requirements before submission Support the development and maintenance of investment banking policies and procedures
Qualification:
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English
- Attainment of all necessary CSRC licenses (or any other licenses / qualifications as required) for carrying out securities and other regulated activities
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 5 years working experience in a reputational investment banking company or an accounting firm
- At least 3 years of experience in a quality control function with diverse product review exposure
- Sponsor principal qualified/CPA (or equivalent certificate) /legal background a plus
