负责注塑工艺团队的全面管理与技术指导,推进制程优化,质量改善与团队协作,确保新产品导入顺利,生产绩效达标。需具备扎实的注塑工艺知识和良好的跨部门沟通能力,带领团队实现持续改善。
What You Will Do
- 管理注塑工艺工程师团队,提升团队专业能力与指导水平
- 熟悉并推动注塑工艺流程标准化,包括 PFMEA ,制程参数, Checklist , Control Plan 等
- 主导客户及厂内的制程审核准备与执行,确保工艺符合质量体系要求
- 推动 COPQ , VOH 等核心指标持续优化,协同生产,模房及机修部门实现 POEE , MMR 等关键绩效目标
- 跟进 NPI 新模具开发与试样,确保新产品导入的验证,追踪与持续改善
- 编制并呈报年度,月度及周度报告,具备良好的报告逻辑与表达能力
- 促进跨部门,跨公司技术交流与合作,积极参与工艺创新与知识分享
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 具备丰富的注塑工艺管理经验,熟悉精密连接器行业更佳
- 具备良好的质量意识,熟悉电子化流程操作
- 具备较强的组织领导力,团队协调与人才培养能力
- 出色的沟通表达能力,能跨团队高效协作
- 能适应公司快节奏,以贡献为导向的企业文化,具备较强的责任感与推动力
- 大专及以上学历,机械 / 模具 / 材料相关专业优先
