About the job
The Chef de Partie is responsible for running the assigned kitchen station efficiently and effectively. He/she is to ensure, that the agreed quality, hygiene and other standards are kept or surpassed at all times.
厨师主管的工作职责是高效运营指定厨房档口，他／她必须时刻确保本档口产品质量，卫生状况及其他工作标准达到或超过酒店标准规定。
As Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for the following duties:
作为厨房主管，您需要承担以下职责：
- Report all challenges and failures of machinery, tools or equipment’s and follow up.
及时汇报并跟进设备用具的维护状况，及时报损及跟进维护和维修。
- Liaise and communicate with other Chef De Parties and Section leaders on any inter departmental requirements.
与其他厨师主管和部门主管及时沟通与联系以保持档口间工作协调一致。
- Attend all training sessions deemed suitable by the Department Head.
- 及时参加与本职位相关的培训。
As Chef De Partie, we expect from you:
作为厨房主管，我们需要您具备：
- Be present and hands on in preparation and presentation of foods as required.
必须直接参与菜品的备料，加工和装盘
- The Chef de Partie is assisting the Sous Chef with the production and quality control of all foods prepared in his/her respective area section.
协助副厨师长在其各自责档口内完成所有食物准备工作及食物出品质量控制。
- Assist Sous Chef in all the menus implementation.
协助副厨师长落实执行菜单。
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head
