Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Support all financial planning cycles including quarterly forecasting, annual budgets and operating plans, and Long Term Strategy (3 year strategic plan).
- Performance Management: Drive monthly and quarterly operating reviews in partnership with the President & CEO Global Services, providing insights to senior leadership on financial results, monitoring action plans, and ensuring strategic alignment.
- Productivity & ROI: Partner with the Services Productivity GM to deliver $120M+ in productivity through cost trend analysis, ROI tracking, and cross-functional execution.
- Process Innovation: Implement driver-based forecasting models and digitized tools to enhance estimate reliability and visibility into service backlog and pricing.
- Commercial & Pricing Analytics: Support the COO with pricing strategy, subscription models, and cost-to-serve frameworks.
- Capital Allocation & Growth: Provide analytics to support capital deployment, headcount optimization, and investment for growth initiatives.
- Global Collaboration: Influence regional and SBU finance teams to standardize processes, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
- External Reporting: Support quarterly and annual filings and respond to investor relations requests.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics, and
- Required Years of Related Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive business experience in Finance
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role within a global, matrixed organization.
- Strong background in FP&A, productivity initiatives, and commercial finance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
- Expertise in Lean, digital transformation, and financial systems/processes.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
