Description and Requirements
岗位职责/Job Responsibilities;
1、负责已有的AI模型或算法，在安卓端的可视化交互与效果验证。
2、负责AI模型在应用侧的方案设计、开发及交付，参与优化用户交互体验。
3、负责AI模型在移动端的性能/内存/功耗/等关键指标的系统级调优。
岗位要求/Job Requirements：
1. 熟练掌握至少一种主流深度学习框架（如TensorFlow、PyTorch），具备模型转换、量化及部署经验。
2. 熟悉实时图像处理技术，有OpenCV或其他视觉库的实际项目经验。
3. 掌握Android NDK/JNI开发，具备C++/Java混合编程及性能调优能力。
4. 掌握至少一种移动端硬件加速方案（如高通SNPE、联发科NeuroPilot，熟悉GPU/DSP/NNAPI等推理优化方式）。
5. 具备模型轻量化、算子定制或移动端推理框架（如TFLite、MNN、ncnn）经验者优先。
