This Position reports to:
Operations ManagerYour role and responsibilities
- Develop and execute project operating model across countries to satisfy customers’ business needs while achieving the best operation performance for Global Solution Center, Robotics Electronics.
- Bridge between sales team and project team on new opportunity persuasion. Coordinate proposal presentation, manage customer expectation, validate cross-country quotation.
- Sort out local and global business pipeline with sale's input across countries. Drive short term/mid term resource plan accordingly by working with each function managers.
- During big project bidding stage, analyze potential impact of contract in terms of risk investment, cost, supplier rebate, and possible excessive stock.
- Drive continuous cost, delivery, cross-country collaboration model improvement.
- Organize external and internal customer meetings for introduction and solution communication.
- Drive localization project by supporting destination countries in developing local competencies, supply chains, and production localization.
Qualifications for the role
- 8+ years of Project Management/CAPEX management experience working directly with customers in the electronics industry. Experiences in equipment manufacturer or contract manufacturer within electronics customer supply chain are highly preferred.
- Education degree in engineering field is preferred.
- Experiences in managing global projects with understanding in depth of global operating model.
- Demonstrated ability to drive profitable project outcomes, with strong commercial acumen of customer need, understanding of DFM solutions as well as data analytical skills.
- Advanced analytical skills for financial modeling, risk assessment, and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced ambiguous environment. Being proactive and self-driven with entrepreneurship spirit. Must be result-oriented.
- Experience in contract and pricing negotiations
- Fluent English (both written and verbal) at business negotiation level
- Experience presenting to executives and cross-cultural team
- 30% travel frequency required.
