Work closely with department leaders and other members of the HR function/COEs across China and Asia to provide solution and improvement on related issues
What You Will Do
Provide coherent, trusted and effective HR partnership support to departmental management to meet/exceed their objectives by participating in the development, recommendation, communication and implementation of sound HR plans.
Provide appropriate communication within organization and promote employees understanding of programs, policies, and objectives along with developing positive employee morale.
Provide HR consultancy to employees or management regarding job-related problems, company policies, procedures and disciplinary actions including terminations. Respond to employee inquiries and advise management of appropriate resolution of employee relation issues.
Develop collaborative relationships with the other members of the HR function/COEs across China and Asia , communicating as necessary on related matters.
Develop, recommend and implement compensation and benefits-related programs, policies and practices to ensure and maintain our ability to attract, motivate and retain a competent workforce in the company. Be responsible for the monthly salary calculation, payment accurately and supporting data analysis.
Position management including recruiting, selection and staffing, and support business on talent attraction and retention.
Support departmental management to handle people and organization issues.
Identify HR related issues for the assigned departments and develop solutions to address strategic priorities.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor degree in HRM or related major.
- More than 8 years' HR Generalist experience in MNC ;
- Proficient English writing and speaking skills;
- Effective communication, coordination and influence skills;
- Good organizing, planning and prioritizing skills to effectively handle multiple tasks;
- Possess initiatives, result-oriented and customer focus;
- Strong analytical capability and critical thinking skills;
- Good understanding of talent market and good local employment and labor knowledge

- Expert in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Words etc.
- Open to challenge and hold strong willingness and capability to learn and embrace change;
