Job Description

1. BPS knowledge and methodology enabling in plant
2. As service provder, support other department to implement BPS principles and methods
3. Act as direct advisors to the value stream leader and plant management

Qualifications

1. Promotion of BPS elements and activities in ShzP
2. Cooperate with Value stream leader to define the value stream short term and long-term strategy and vision
3. Organize System-CIP Workshop to derive the improvement projects from focus topics
4. Follow up the improvement projects
5. Lead and develop BPS engineer competence
6. Coach the topic owner to improve the maturity (Pull, TPM, Daily management, Frequent material transportation …)
7. Cooperate with GB/BPS to implement GB standard
8. Layout improvement of whole plant
9. Lead BPS maturity assessment
10. BPS tool digitalization

Additional Information

Bachelor or above

> 10 years relevant experience.

Preference: Solid knowledge and experience of Bosch Production System, P-BI, CAD, I4.0 or leading digital projects

Be able to work with English
