RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help producer to manage the day-to- day development through production and the launch of the game and live service.
- Works with producer to manage the project schedule, milestones, and sprint deliverables.
- Creates prioritized action plans based on many different sources of feedback. Regularly reviews and updates priorities.
- Contributes to defining the MVP and prioritizes feature work accordingly for their area of responsibility.
- Clearly understands scope versus capacity and prioritizes appropriately.
- Partners and develops relationships with central service teams including publishing, marketing, finance, legal, consumer insights, and product analytics.
- Uses a deep understanding of the competitor landscape, market opportunities and player expectations to shape the vision of features/domain.
- Sets quality targets for features, functionality, domains and/or modes of the game.
- Drives, creates, and refines the game experience at multiple feature level to achieve and/or exceed the desired quality standard.
- Creates and recommends action plans based on focus testing results.
- Analyzes quality metrics and KPIs; recommends action plan to address.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- An experienced producer with 5+ years of experience in a game production role.
- Analytically minded, a master of influence, results oriented and skilled mediator.
- A great communicator that understands what is working, what is of concern, and what needs to be improved.
- Excellent English written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Being a passionate Soccer fan or FIFA player is definitely an asset, let’s get in the game together!
