We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Technology Management.

Lead a team through technological transformation and team development.
Enhance and optimise operational processes.
Provide thought leadership.
Partner with HR Workforce Strategy and Insights teams as a trusted advisor.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and strategies.
Oversee daily operations to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality services.
Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with best practices.
Over 10 years of experience in data insights, reporting, and analytics.
Experience managing global and diverse teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Solid understanding of data modelling, warehousing, and performance optimisation.
Experience in designing, developing, and optimising data pipelines using Azure Databricks, PySpark, and Prophecy.
Proficiency in delivering business insights using PowerBI.
Preferably experience working with Anaplan.
Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
