What are we looking for?

• • Bachelor's or above degree
  • Min. 8+ years’ experience in relevant brand building and strategic marketing and communications roles across markets, and a cross-cultural perspective is preferred.
  • Deeply understand Chinese consumers and shoppers.
  • Develop brand visions and plans that build equity and drive business growth. Create integrated communications. Core aspects underpinning all skills: Creativity, Empathy, Obsession with brands & consumers, Sense of Aesthetics, Analytical Thinking & Rigor. In-depth e-Commerce and Social/Digital marketing knowledge & experience.
  • Strong operational discipline to ensure the plans’ successful & flawless execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to create strong relationships across global and regional departments/ stakeholders as well as external agency partners.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• • Act as the custodian of the brand equities in the Gum pillar in China. Inspire and communicate passion and energy for the brand’s agenda within Mars Wrigley Contribute to and deploy Brand Key Vision, Vision Plan, Iconic Asset Creation, and Brand Architecture.
  • Lead full campaign/ communication idea, calendar, creative asset development – consumer/shopper facing materials – engaging/consulting with global/regional teams proactively.
  • Define long-term campaign & communication innovation opportunities. Co-lead holistic (360-degree) activation planning & execution of the campaign & communication idea with solid financial responsibilities.
  • Partner with global, regional, and relevant functions and agencies to ensure ideas are disseminated across relevant media, retail channels, and platforms. Defining relevant measurement and tracking of impact and ROI, incl. post-launch analysis.
  • Work with the regional and functional VP/Directors to drive the brand target to fruition, Organizational leadership, including Capability program, and Training development.
