岗位职责：
1、用户咨询在线承接：针对客路平台中国大陆用户的售前售后咨询提供专业支持，全力协助用户解决在使用 app 或小程序时遇到的各类问题，确保用户使用体验流畅。
2、售前咨询与订单转化：积极承接售前咨询，熟练且全面地介绍公司产品、平台活动及相关产品信息，凭借出色的沟通技巧和产品知识，推动售前订单转化，助力业务增长。
3、售后事务处理：根据用户需求，高效处理订单修改、取消等售后事宜，确保用户权益得到保障，维护用户满意度。
4、工单管理与主动服务：负责处理用户工单，主动与客户取得联系，深入了解问题并提供有效解决方案，致力于提升客路用户整体体验。
5、跨部门客服协作：协助其他业务部门开展客服在线咨询工作，促进公司内部信息共享与协同，提升整体服务效率。
任职要求：
1、熟练运用语言和文字与用户进行高效沟通，能够快速准确理解用户需求，并及时提供满意的解决方案，以确保用户问题得到妥善处理；
2、具备快速学习新知识和适应新环境的能力，能够迅速熟悉平台公司内部沟通流程以及平台热销产品的详细信息，以便更好地为用户提供服务；
3、具备一定英语水平（简单日常交流及英文邮件读写能力）者优先考虑，有助于拓展服务范围，应对国际用户咨询需求；
4、此岗位实行早晚班轮班制，月休 8 天，早班时间为 8:00 - 17:00，晚班时间为 14:00 - 23:00，且节假日上班将按照法定三倍工资发放。
