We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- Meet targets on productivity and accuracy within stipulated time frame. Instructions/requests are correctly interpreted and fully undertaken. Work is/tasks are processed in accordance with policies and procedures as stipulated by GCs. Common fraud/errors/irregular transactions are identified and escalated.
- Acquire updated knowledge on procedures related to relevant processes
- To take both job rotation and classroom training to expand relevant job knowledge and be familiar with regulations of both HBCN and the local regulators
- To keep open and close communications with peers, supervisors, internal and external customers
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Knowledge
- A senior high school certificate holder, diploma or degree in any discipline. Higher qualification not a bar provided aspirations are commensurate with the position

- Ability to understand written English
- Ability to understand and interpret numeric data
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Attention to details
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to maintain focus while working with voluminous data
