Job Responsibilities
General administration
- Receive and store stocks.
- Take delivery of stocks.
- Inventories and store stocks according to enterprise rotating stock cycle.
- Maintain stock in accordance with company regulations.
- Control and Order Stocks
- Determine and maintain stock level and records.
- Organize and administer stock-take.
- Process stock order
- Follow-up orders
- Prepares the requisition for all necessary food and beverage items (e.g. coffee, milk) and general operating equipment
- Monitor Work Operations
- Plan and organize workflows Serves as a role model for employees through teamwork support, attention to detail, quality control, and interactions with Team Members/guests and to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment
- Monitor and improve workflow operations
- Maintain workplace records.
- Solve problems and make decisions.
- Supervises the performance and the service of staff on a daily basis
- Maintains a high profile during operations to ensure that standards of quality and service are consistently maintained, and recommends areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in HRM or equivalent
- Formal butler education is preferred
- At least 2 years’ experience as a professional butler in other recognized 5-star hotels / resorts / casino properties locally and/or in overseas.
- Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin and Cantonese
