We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Lead the establishment of the River digital platform advertising commercialization system, including ad formats, operational models, partnership frameworks
Oversee HSBC internal business-side traffic collaboration, covering front-end traffic integration, back-end technical (e.g., API integrations), and product collaboration
Drive the execution of commercialization projects, iterating strategies and models based on data insights and feedback.
Maintain and deepen existing HSBC internal client, regularly communicate with SROs to understand their needs and feedback. Organize and participate in regular business review meetings to ensure the smooth progress of projects.
Effectively manage the stakeholder, strength the communication and ensure execution of commercialization projects.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product, and risk management, to ensure Commercialization initiatives are effectively integrated.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, Media, or related fields.
Strong experience in digital advertising with end-to-end commercialization expertise; familiarity with ad products in financial digital platform. (3 years)
Strong commercial sensitivity and proactive business development skills. Stakeholder Management in a matrix organization
financial services industry experience preferred
Solid performance marketing data analysis experience. Data-driven decision-making ability to optimize ad performance (e.g., CTR, ROI).
