Job Description:

Assists with the management of daily Specialty Manager operations under limited supervision.
Conducts complex analyses on consumer behavior, Specialty performance, and market trends to improve the Specialty strategy.
Researches and evaluates new Specialty Management techniques and implements enhancements to existing processes and protocol.
Delivers presentations to illustrate progress on product developments, launches, and roadmaps.
Utilizes predictive analytical tools to forecast Specialty performance in the market.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
