Key Responsibilities:
- Be the main contact window for TaylorMade Third Party Logistic management: RFP and service contract review;
- Coordinate three warehouses (CN1, QHW) daily operations process including freight forwarding, threes warehouses (CN1, QHW, TW) freight billing & invoicing;
- Manage courier vendors: DHL and other couriers as applicable (i.e. FedEx, UPS, SF) and courier billing & invoice: DHL billing, other couriers billing as applicable (i.e. FedEx, UPS, SF);
- Track inbound/outbound freight and incoming PO included Pre-Order receiving/inventory status;
- Track warehouse inbound/outbound freight (customer order delivery status);
- Be responsible for all intracompany transfers (PO and IRSO), including from overseas countries to CN1, from overseas countries to QHW. Track goods delivery from QHW to overseas countries.
- Be responsible for ECOMM stock purpose;
- Manage EBS inventory discrepancy report reconciliation (CN1, QHW, TW) and report system issues;
- Manage EBS order issues, interface issues with WMS inventory transfer system issues;
- QHW import duty verification, issue escalation and resolution;
- Shipping Instruction;
- Track and monitor sample In/Out in EBS manually;
- Verify and ensure the accuracy of DOMO;
- Initiate annual budget plan of AOP and SNOP for China, and consolidate whole GCA;
- Monitor the cost per CPU for China and overview GCA;
- Take lead the cost saving project of logistics for China;

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Over 5 years overall work experience in consumer goods industry, experience in sports goods industry preferred
- Good knowledge of GCA business culture
- Familiarity with sales ops, customer service
- Familiarity with supply chain logistics processes will be a plus
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
