The holistic innovation solution scouting/pitching to Customer, advice for recipe formulation, key technical know-hows, manufacture process improvement, stability data research and analysis in different finished products, and application advantage delivery, end to end project management, etc, can help customer recognize dsm-firmenich unique value and win business.

Your key responsibilities
- Act as end to end model to support customers & related projects, work closely with ELN account managers and marketing manager, build good connection with ELN customers.
- Explore the external marketing trend in health benefits, application formats and transfer them to be ELN business resources and bring those inspiration/insight/solution to DSM innovation cycles and drive the business growth.
- Work as end to end partner on Innovation, be able to develop innovation solution, finish the application test in lab/pilot, pitch & technical selling to key Customer and solve any application query’s.
- Trouble-shooting and provide support to customers efficiently for DSM ingredients and holistic solution. Build & maintain the strong network with global ELN team and summarize technical know-how timely as for value-added in ELN business.
- Lead and coordinate the region & global innovation on ELN and analytical sources based on projects’ demands.

You bring
- Master degree 5+ years of working experiences, or bachelor degree with 8+ years of working experience at least in Nutritional or nutritional related industry, preferably working experience in ELN key Customers as formulator/processing/product development roles.
- Solid insights on Infant/children/elderly milk solution design Principe and capability to develop winning solution to deliver the value selling of DSM products. Professional skill and soft skill to lead the end of end delivery of DSM solution.
- Solid understanding of human nutrition science, ELN industry and customers;
- Solid Know-how and operational experience about products and/or different applications of in ELN nutrition formats, including powder, liquid, dry blending/wet blending.
- Understanding of regulatory guidelines in nutritional industry.
- ELN Industry insights, project and portfolio management skills.
