Job Summary
As an AI Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development, and deployment of AI platform and respective AI services. You will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team, focusing on Agentic AI， MLOps, machine learning standardization, GPU and cloud platform setup, and data integrations. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of our AI solutions
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Platform Development: Development of a scalable AI platform, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Agentic AI Capabilities Build: Build up and maintain a horizontal Agentic AI platform under a well governaned framework.
- MLOps: Implement and optimize MLOps practices to streamline the machine learning lifecycle, from development to deployment and monitoring.
- Standardization: Establish and enforce best practices for machine learning model development, testing, and deployment.
- Infrastructure Setup: Oversee the setup and management of GPU and cloud platforms to support AI workloads.
- Data Integration: Design and implement robust data integration pipelines to ensure seamless access to diverse data sources.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and platform engineers to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to improve our platform and processes.
People & Talent
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in AI and machine learning engineering, with a proven track record of delivering complex AI projects.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), Agentic AI framework(LangGraph/Langchain, Dify, CrewAI, etc.), MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow),
- Knowledge in Data Management (Databricks Unity Catalog) and cloud platforms and infrastructure as code (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a big plus.
- Hands-on experience with GPU computing and optimization for AI workloads is an advantage.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, knowledge in Java/C++ is a plus.
- Software Engineering: Strong skills in software engineering, familiar with CICD pipeline and DevOps process.
- Understanding of distributed system, know wells in containerization environment(Kubernates, OpenShift, AKS, etc)
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
