Lead color matching projects and qualification of new source of colorant masterbatch for mature filament product platforms. Optimize color matching process and methodology of filaments.
Responsibilities 职责:- Lead color matching projects and deliver new colored filament products of mature product platform according to customer’s voice.
- Qualify colorant masterbatches from new source for mature filament product platforms.
- Optimize color matching process and methodology of filaments.
- Provide technical service/support to global marketing teams and customers.
- Provide technical direction to lab assistant and engineers.
- Work closely with filaments manufacturing sites on troubleshooting upon request.
- Ensure product stewardship and IP protection requirements are implemented during research work.
- PhD degree with 2+ years of working experience in industry of plastic and synthetic fiber, or Master degree with 5+ years of working experience in above industries or Bachelor degree with 8+ years of working experience in above industries.
- Working experience of color matching or color development is a must have.
- Experience of fiber or filament spinning process or polymer extrusion process is preferable.
- Good communication skill in both Chinese and English.
- Demonstrated capability to create innovative technical solutions.
