This Position reports to:
Facility & Administration ManagerYour role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is: Onsite
This role is contributing to the ELSP in Jiangmen-Xinhui.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Assist in the daily process optimization project of administrative work
- Assist the office assistant in handling daily administrative matters
- Complete other tasks assigned by the manager Job
- 协助行政管理工作日常流程优化项目
- 协助办公室助理处理日常行政事务
- 完成经理交办的其他工作
Qualifications for the role
- Undergraduate students
- Major in business or management related
- Familiar with EXCEL (Office365)
- Good communication skills and motivation
- KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT OR POWER BI
- 本科在读，商务或管理类相关专业
- 熟悉EXCEL(Office365)
- 良好的沟通能力及积极性
- 有商务管理或POWER BI类知识和了解
