Role Summary:

This position is to support Operation Support Department, providing daily administration statistic, analysis and management for Administration work.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Collect and archive contract hardcopies and E-versions.
• Support the shuttle bus routes optimization.
• Support the inventory of office seating.
• Support admin monthly report compiling and filing.
• Support relevant admin responsible to inspect and review supplier’s duty.
• Support Administrate Daily Work as required.

Required Qualifications:

• 2026/2027 graduate with Bachelor Degree or above (admin, statistics, archive, English or related majors preferred).
• Excellent in interpersonal & communication skills.
• High integrity standard.
• Excellent in MS Excel (especially the Pivot Table and Vlookup tool) and PowerPoint.
• Dedicated and details focused.
• Good in English (oral & written).
• Good at problems analysis and solving.
• Proactive, self-motived and committed.
• 6 months,4 days above a week preferred.
