As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for KA and BD in mid-tier general industrial coating market, and you will be based in Guangzhou and take business travel in surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for the development, maintenance, and fostering of deep relationships with strategic KA in the mid-tier collision coating market, including key distributors, and major clients.
- Responsible for maintaining and developing business relationships with KA in the industrial coating sector
- Promote the achievement of annual sales and profit targets.
- Coordinate internal resources, including product, technology and service teams, to promote cross-departmental collaboration and support the growth of key customer businesses.
- Willing to travel extensively (at least two weeks per month.
- Base in Guangzhou
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Chemical and Marketing.
- More than 10 years of frontline sales experience, over 5 years of experience in KA sales or BD, preferred sales experience in the auto collision or industrial coating industry
- Having strategic thinking and customer insight, proficient in using management tools such as Project Management and CRM.
- Exemplary business negotiation, cross-departmental collaboration, and communication skills. Willing to undertake business trips.
- Fluent in English.
