Job Responsibilities/ 工作职责 :
This internship role is designed to provide hands-on experience in account management within the payments industry, with a specific focus on serving gaming merchants. The intern will support the account management team in maintaining and enhancing client relationships, analyzing payment data, and contributing to the success of key gaming publisher accounts.Job Description
- Assist account managers in maintaining relationships with gaming merchants, helping to optimize their payment performance and resolve issues.
- Analyze transaction data to identify trends, track key success metrics, and uncover areas for improvement.
- Support the onboarding process for new gaming merchants and aid in the integration of payment solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Marketing, Technical team and support to address merchant needs.
- Prepare reports and presentations for partner reviews, summarizing insights and recommendations.
Qualification:
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- A strong interest in the payments, fintech, and gaming industries.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.
