What you’ll be doing:
- Provide 3D technical support to all relevant parties during digital prototyping.
- Provide 3D support for different use cases exploration
- Arrange training and ongoing training for internal team including Design, Quality, Merchandisers, and external suppliers
- Encourage internal teams to increase usage of 3D and build trust with different functions.
- Maintain and update SOP and Manuals regularly.
- Escalate outstanding and critical issues to higher levels.
- Provide fitting and pattern making support to ensure comment accuracy and expedite block approval.
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Degree in Technical Design, Apparel Design, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in apparel 3D tech (CLO software) and 3D fitting
- Proficient in verbal and written English
- Strong communication skills
- Effective problem-solving and quick decision-making skills
