ABOUT THE POSITION
我们正在寻找一位经验丰富、富有创造力的3D角色艺术家,加入我们的游戏美术团队。该职位将负责游戏中角色的建模、贴图与优化工作,确保角色在视觉上满足需求,符合游戏引擎的技术要求以及参与引擎效果调试。
- 根据角色概念图或设定,制作高质量的3D角色模型,包括人物、怪物、生物,雕塑、服饰、装备,附件等。
- 负责角色的高模雕刻、低模拓扑、UV拆分、贴图绘制与材质设定。
- 与角色概念设计师、动画师、技术美术紧密协作,确保角色在游戏中的表现符合设计预期。
- 优化角色资源以适配不同平台(如PC、主机、移动端)的性能需求。
- 跟进角色在引擎中的实际表现,进行必要的技术调整与美术迭代。
- 参与角色美术风格的制定与规范文档的编写。
- 熟练掌握角色建模与贴图制作工具,Maya、ZBrush、Blender、Substance Painter、Photoshop等主流DCC...
- 熟悉PBR流程,具备良好的材质表现能力
- 具备扎实的解剖学知识与造型能力,能够创作具有生命力的角色。
- 熟悉游戏开发流程,了解角色资源在引擎中的应用(Unreal Engine 5 为主)
- 有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神,能在多部门协作中高效推进工作
- 仅限美术专业本科及以上学历
- 至少有一款3A上线项目角色经验,主角或重要角色优先
- 擅长真实人物创作经验优先
- 精通Metahuman或Character-Creator等新派角色创作软件优先 有PG照扫角色数据处理经验优先
其他加分项:
- 有绑定、权重绘制或动画基础。
- 熟悉角色LOD制作与资源优化流程。
- 有二次元或科幻风格角色制作经验。
具备角色概念设计能力,能独立完成角色从草图到模型的全过程。
