Business Development Executive at Givaudan – Your future position?
Got a nose for success? Our Fragrance Division is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive in Shanghai, reporting to the Associate BD Director. You will assist the Associate BD Director for identifying and developing a strong category and accounts strategy to support accounts management team to ensure the business goal is achieved by driving internal effort and collaborating to various functions regionally and globally and align sales strategy of categories among different customers.
It could well be your perfect opportunity if you have ability to identify new business opportunities. Professional, enthusiastic and creatively minded, you will be keen to get started on these key challenges:
  • Assist the BD Director to support the Sales team to achieve business targets and client strategy implementations
  • Participate in developing partnerships with strategic accounts with assigned categories
  • Develop a thorough understanding and market insight(including Market potential, key players/brands/variants and emerging trends of the assigned Categories
  • Execute the growth strategy for Greater China together with Sales team via coordination of strategic plans from key accounts in the specified category
  • Drive internal efforts and develop general promotion programs to achieve Account Plans, collaborating with Creative Fragrance Management, Perfumery, Marketing, Consumer Research, Applications and Technology, ensuring the most efficient management of Givaudan resources
  • Comply with all appropriate Givaudan and statutory EHS and regulatory guidelines

Your professional profile includes:
  • University degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the marketing/Sales/Business Development related job function
  • Competence in developing and delivering compelling presentations
  • Collaborative and Open mindset, team player, working well with others.
  • People with Passion, Creativity and sharp Learning Agility
  • Ability to identify and create new business opportunities
  • Verbal and written command of English
