About the Role
岗位：高级专员，渠道服务岗
主要职责：
1、为客户提供柜面接待、咨询等服务，新单、保全、理赔等复杂服务需求的线下指导；综合柜面的体检安排，客户投诉的接待、处理；
2、协助主管落实并完成团队各项追踪任务，及时进行数据整理、分析反馈，提出改进计划；
3、参与部门学习、承担部门培训、带教任务，销售人员培训方案的设计与执行，执行运营相关规则宣导、解释，对有需求销售人员的辅导工作；
4、根据主管的工作安排，完成项目性工作的推动与落实。
任职基本要求：
1、全日制大学本科及以上学历，保险、经济、管理、市场营销相关专业；
2、有3年及以上工作经验，有保险行业两核（核保/核赔）经验者优先；
3、具备良好的服务创新意识、具有较好亲和力、沟通协调能力、落实执行能力；4、工作严谨细致、认真负责，具有强烈的责任心和团队意识。
