About the Role
高级专员，业务发展
岗位职责：
根据公司的整体策略和目标，分解、订立机构/营销团队的目标，制定行动方案，并跟踪评估执行状况；
辅导、督导与激励营销团队，跟进各级荣誉体系的宣导与推动；
组织召开各级经营会议，例如月度主管会，分享会等；
协助营销团队进行组织发展，辅导训练，绩效管理等系统搭建和执行；
宣导公司合规经营政策并进行风险排查。

任职要求：
本科及以上学历，保险、金融、市场营销专业
具有高净值业务推动、人力及组织发展、销售管理等相关工作经验
较强的学习力，组织力，规划力和影响力
