您的主要职责
- System conformity in all sections for organizational procedures and methods with quality relevance / for corrective actions by quality problems (internal/external) / effectiveness controls of corrective actions
- Presentation of quality system, quality status and quality key measures (ppm/scrap rate, scrap cost, capability studies, special approvals, complaints internal/external)
- Drive continuous improvement in terms of process flow, inspection method, Poka yoke and process capability.
- Focus on prevention of quality problems, take part in the FMEA team, determine process risks and take actions to reduce the risk
- Be responsible for PPAP preparation and submission of new project or change
- Be responsible for update and release of control plan and inspection plan
- Be responsible for internal and external audit.
您的任职资格
- Mechanical bachelor degree or above.
- Good Knowledge about manufacture process, especially grinding, honing and assembly process.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
- At least 3 years of experience in a quality position.
