A Day in the Life
Ensure the continuous stability of the Kangdi supplier quality.Main responsibilities:
Be responsible for ensuring the quality of the purchased and outsourced parts supplied by suppliers, promptly report any quality issues of the products supplied by suppliers to them, and require them to take improvement measures in a timely manner.
2. Be responsible for incoming material inspection and the review of non-conforming products related to supplier quality discovered during the production process (NCMR).
NCMR needs to initiate SAR (Supplier Action Request) and Corrective and Preventive Action Report (SCAPA), and track and confirm the implementation effect. If necessary, on-site audit and inspection should be conducted.
3. Be responsible for formulating inspection standards for purchased and outsourced parts, and provide training and guidance to incoming inspectors.
4. Cooperate with the technical department to participate in the assessment and confirmation of the initial samples from suppliers, be responsible for formulating the PPAP plan, and complete the PPAP of purchased parts on time.
5. On a monthly, quarterly or annual basis, conduct statistical analysis on the quality status of existing suppliers and set deadlines for improvement for those with lower supply quality levels.
6. Participate in the development and review of new suppliers, and work with the Strategic Procurement Department and the Technology Department to select and evaluate new suppliers.
7. Be responsible for ensuring that suppliers conduct change control in accordance with Kandi's change process and verify supplier changes;
8. For key and important suppliers or those with significantly reduced performance, carry out improvement projects such as supplier quality systems or supplier processes.
10. Complete other work arrangements made by superiors. Key Performance Metrics Key performance items:
The on-time completion rate of supplier audits;
The on-time completion rate of supplier changes
The pass rate of incoming inspection
Supplier NCMR on-time closure rate
Supplier NCMR reduction rate;
The effectiveness and timeliness of SCAPA;
Supplier escape reduction rate
