会务销售经理

宴会销售经理负责传达客人对于会议策划的感受，处理会议过程中客户的需求及后期跟进。这个角色主要工作是开发了解客户需求的专业技能，增加客户的满意度，并且给酒店带来边际收益。在适当的情况下，该角色将会参与管理，并给所分配的会务统筹团队进行积极指导。

1.在会议前期计划过程中，咨询会议规划者，确定的最佳会议厅配置，会议/茶歇建议，菜单设计，餐饮协调，台型桌位安排，装饰选择等等来提高会议效率。

2.向会议规划者汇报日常会议情况，核实消费，账单及任何例外情况的简单收费并预估最终的账单费用。

3.在计划和执行会议前期过程中，与客户及宴会人员一起按共同认同的方式去加强客户的体验。

4.为了迅速的满足客户的需求及会议的顺利开展，在指定的情况下，需以联系人的指向给以立即协助。
