职位描述：
工作目标概括：
- 该职位将负责对各种生化试剂产品进行日常质量控制测试，协助解决技术问题并参与工艺改进。
工作职责：
- 负责QC化学实验室的日常检测任务，包括但不限于如下业务范围：
- 按照SOP、质量标准和分析方法等，对到来的物料进行检测，及时并合适的对各相关活动进行记录。
- 记录分析过程中出现的偏差和OOS/OOT，及时报告给QC主管，按照指导进行调查，并追踪调查的关闭和CAPA的执行
- 跟据工作指令的紧急程度，对紧急测试进行优先排序。
- 跟踪工作表的进度。完成团队/部门目标所需的大量工作并在期限内完成。
- 负责成品的化学结构鉴定，一旦发现偏差及时报告QC主管。
- 根据需要为实验室提供支持。
- 在EHS部门的指导下，确保实验室日常操作的安全。
- 负责主管安排的其他工作
- 负责化学实验室的日常运作，确保化学实验室工作符合公司标准和质量体系要求。主要职责包括但不限于：
- 分析设备的校验和维护
- 及时请购负责检验批的试剂及关键耗材，确保检验批次出单时间符合目标要求。
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，化学或生物相关专业。
- 1年以上生物化学或生命科学行业QC或同等工作经验。
- 熟悉分析技术，比如：HPLC, GC, UV, IR, 湿法化学等
- 基本的英语听说读写能力。英语口语良好者优先。
- 良好的团队合作精神，优秀的交流，问题处理，计划和组织能力
- 必须能保证结果的导向性，准确性和可靠性
- 熟悉ISO9000 体系。
