About the Role
岗位：高级专员，消保客服岗
主要职责：
- 协助主管落实本机构的消费者权益保护各类业务督导工作，包括但不限于消保审查，消保风险提示及整改推进等；
- 负责协调本机构各项消费者保护金融教育相关活动，组织实施各类相关培训宣导工作，提升消保工作成效；
- 承担来访客户的柜台咨询接待工作，为客户提供良好的服务。完成权限内的理赔、保单服务的初审工作，为客户提供一站式服务；
- 妥善处理客户提出的各类投诉，及时化解矛盾，发现风险，及时呈报。通过各项服务新举措，不断提升客户体验；
- 新单回执回访后续跟踪及监控工作，定期汇总并及时通知销售部门做好跟进工作等。
任职基本要求：
- 大学本科及以上学历，具有2年以上工作经验，保险、经济、法律等相关专业优先考虑；
- 良好的沟通能力，清晰的文字及语言表达能力；
- 抗压能力强。
