About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Engineer to deliver world-class technical support and ensure our clients get the most out of their cloud environments. From diagnosing issues to optimizing performance, you’ll play a critical role in driving cloud adoption and enabling smooth, secure, and scalable operations for our clients.
What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support on cloud computing topics including configuration, deployment, networking, and security.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot client-reported issues, identify root causes, and deliver actionable solutions.
- Optimize cloud environments to ensure performance, efficiency, and stability.
- Support clients in cloud migration and deployment projects, ensuring smooth and secure transitions.
- Maintain strong client relationships with proactive communication and ongoing support.
- Create and update technical documentation to enhance team knowledge sharing.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong operations experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Tencent Cloud, Alibaba Cloud).
- Solid knowledge of networking and cybersecurity, capable of configuring and managing secure cloud networks.
- Experience in cloud infrastructure setup and troubleshooting (network, storage, database).
- Hands-on with Linux OS and shell scripting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with strong client service mindset.
