Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
1.按照产品架构和业务要求，制定和推进测试策略，测试计划和测试方法
2.主导执行交付项目计划，包括构建测试环境，执行性能测试，功能测试，集成测试，回归测试
3.保证被测系统的质量，并通过测试流程和方法的优化，提升测试效率和质量
4.能够定位测试中发现问题的所在
5.具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，有较强的推进能力，保证项目如期完成各阶段目标
岗位要求：
1.使用 Python 独立设计、开发、维护接口/UI自动化测试框架与脚本，熟悉request，pytest，selenium等
2.熟悉软件生命周期各个阶段的标准，至少3年以上软件测试经验
3.参与产品需求和架构设计评审，对需求和设计进行有效性分析，识别相关风险及保证产品的可测试性
4.参与测试效果评估和软件质量核查，通过测试相关流程，策略，方法和工具等创新，提升测试质量和效率
5.有AI测试经验优先
