Epic 正在寻找一位经验丰富的特效美术师加入我们的《堡垒之夜》(Fortnite) 工作团队。我们期望求职者对戏剧性效果具有敏锐的感知力，并了解如何在实时粒子编辑器中再现此类效果。求职者应首先具备良好的团队协作精神，同时也要有自我激励和自主工作的能力。

岗位职责
- 制作卓越的特效，为我们的游戏注入灵魂
- 独立完成特效制作所需的全套美术资源，包括特效概念设计、初版和最终版特效
- 驾驭多种特效风格，如写实和风格化的特效
任职要求
- 需要提供具有说服力的游戏特效作品集，有参与多个已发行的游戏项目的经验
- 能够很好的把握现实世界的物体运动规律、节奏和动态，并创造出富有张力的特效
- 精通UE5 Niagara编辑器，熟练编写材质，绘制高质量特效贴图等 具备制作特效所需的全套美术资源的能力
- 有一定的知识储备，渴望对特效效果及其制作工具做进一步的提升和优化
- 善于跨团队协作，具有技术分享的精神和持续成长的意识
- 熟悉不同平台对于性能消耗的限制
- 熟悉UE美术制作管线，了解蓝图脚本相关的知识
- 对学习新技术、新工具和新工作流有强烈的热情
