职位描述:
职能性任务
1.制定积极、合理的地区业绩目标和行动计划,并达到目标。
- 根据市场情况,利用客户管理系统为工具,来制定地区业绩目标和行动计划 。
- 定期检查和核准工作计划以便更好地达到业绩目标。
- 规划、组织CME 和其他相关的学术活动活动;指导代表建立、保持与区域内学科带头人的良好关系。
- 保持与经销商的联系和合作.保证供货渠道畅通,避免断货。
- 与当地医疗保险机构和其他相关的政府机构建立良好的关系,协同政府事务部门负责申报我公司药品进入当地医疗保险目录.保证公司业务的顺畅。
- 协助大区经理/大区总监完成策略的制定 。
2.研究和发展市场,确定市场的潜力并保持业绩的持续稳定增长。
- 与市场部、医学部和公司其他各部门沟通合作,执行公司的策略。
- 提供你所在市场的信息,包括医疗保险目录的进展、竞争对手的活动等等。
3.工作态度端正,执行公司的行为要求,树立自身良好形象,维护公司品牌形象。
- 熟练掌握产品及相关知识并在每天的工作中运用。
- 体现公司的学术形象。
- 熟练掌握推广技巧和演讲技巧并运用到工作中。
- 工作积极努力,有责任感。
- 工作中保持衣冠整洁,对待客户礼貌周到。

- 按时、准确地上交报告。
- 参加由公司组织的培训活动。
- 对公司文化价值观的以身作则的传递,能够在公司大的价值观原则下建立正向的团队文化。
管理性任务
1.管理和指导你所带领的医药代表。
- 与每个代表讨论和沟通一个清楚,详细的工作目标和工作描述。
- 和每个代表讨论制订每年的工作目标,并至少半年作一次绩效评估, 肯定长处,指出弱点,提出改进方案和行动计划, 并跟踪执行情况。
- 指导代表运用客户管理体系来确定最佳的资源的分配。
- 帮助代表学习产品知识及相关专业知识,提高推广技巧。
- 把主要的工作时间放在代表的指导拜访,指导拜访的频率要达到公司的要求。
- 及时准确的传达公司的信息、政策、制度等给每个代表。
- 对于新代表,于入职前15天给他们工作描述;对新代表尤其要在工作中给予指导,六个月后,给他们作试用期的评估报告。
- 负责所管辖团队的人员招聘,解雇,提升和发展,对员工做职业发展规划辅导。
任职要求
教育背景/语言
- 医药及相关专业本科以上学历,具备工作所需要的一定英语听说读写能力。
专业技术能力
- 熟练掌握产品知识,了解相关医学知识,具备较强的业务分析、资源规划管理和团队管理能力。
- 有相关领域经验为佳。
