1 、负责落地机构的新契约行政工作,包括照会和体检等项目的追踪、执行承保或拒保的后续工作;
2 、 负责落地机构保单变更相关工作,包括由分公司当地承担的变更项目、协助总部处理复杂的变更及文档等;
3 、 负责落地机构理赔相关工作,包括理赔照会追踪、执行赔付或拒赔的后续文档处理等;
4 、 负责落地机构续保相关工作,包括接力单(孤儿单)分配和联系的督促、系统操作、协助总部做好贵宾俱乐部的服务和续期保费的跟踪督促等;
5 、 负责落地机构销售行政、客户服务、消费者权益保护、投诉处理、运营单证和印章管理等相关工作;
6 、 负责所属部门的档案管理、规范性文件管理工作(含合同);
7 、 依据总分公司运营相关制度、流程、服务标准及授权范围,为分公司销售线提供运营支持,为客户提供服务,解答营销员及客户的临柜咨询;
8 、 针对业务团队需要,准备和开展运营相关培训。
