Job Responsibilities:
1. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
Develop and execute GTM plans for new product launches.
Define launch timelines, messaging strategies, and key deliverables.
Coordinate with sales, product, and regional teams to ensure aligned execution.
2. Product Positioning & Messaging
Craft compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks tailored to different customer segments.
Differentiate the product from competitors in a clear, concise way.
Ensure consistency of messaging across all channels (website, packaging, campaigns, etc.).
3. Market Research & Customer Insights
Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and customer behavior.
Conduct user interviews, surveys, or focus groups to gather feedback.
Translate insights into actionable product or marketing strategies.
4. Sales Enablement
Develop tools and training for sales teams (e.g., sales decks, one-pagers, battle cards, product FAQs).
Educate internal teams on product features, benefits, and target personas.
Work closely with regional sales managers and distributors to localize marketing efforts.
5. Product Lifecycle Management
Support product roadmap planning through customer and market feedback.
Drive marketing strategies across all stages: introduction, growth, maturity, and end-of-life.
Assist in planning promotions or repositioning as products mature or face competitive pressure.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product managers (PMs), industrial design (ID), hardware/software engineers, and UI/UX teams.
Partner with brand marketing, digital, PR, e-commerce, and customer support.
Act as the bridge between technical teams and the market.
7. Campaign & Content Strategy
Lead product launch campaigns across channels: digital, retail, events, influencers, etc.
Manage creation of product videos, demos, blog posts, website pages, and packaging content.
Collaborate with agencies or internal creative teams.
8. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Track the success of marketing efforts through KPIs: sales growth, lead conversion, campaign ROI, etc.
Use data to refine strategies.

与区域销售经理和分销商紧密合作,实现营销工作的本地化。
5. 产品生命周期管理
根据客户和市场反馈,支持产品路线图规划。
推动产品在各个阶段的营销策略:导入期、成长期、成熟期和停产期。
在产品成熟或面临竞争压力时,协助规划促销活动或重新定位。
6. 跨职能协作
与产品经理 (PM)、工业设计 (ID)、软硬件工程师以及 UI/UX 团队紧密合作。
与品牌营销、数字营销、公关、电商和客户支持团队合作。
充当技术团队与市场之间的桥梁。
7. 营销活动与内容策略
领导跨渠道的产品发布活动:数字营销、零售营销、活动策划、网红营销等。
管理产品视频、演示、博客文章、网站页面和包装内容的制作。
与代理机构或内部创意团队合作。
8. 绩效监控与优化
通过关键绩效指标 (KPI) 跟踪营销工作成效:销售增长、潜在客户转化率、营销活动投资回报率等。
利用数据优化策略。
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2. Five(5) years of experience in product marketing, preferably in consumer electronics, hardware, or tech-related industries.
3. Experience working with global teams or launching products in international markets.
4. Passion for consumer electronics, design innovation, and user experience.
5. Bilingual or multilingual skills (depending on market) is an advantage.
